Très bon choix pour la region
Motel bien situé à l’entrée de la ville et malgré tout au calme. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Piscine de belles dimensions (manque une douche). Salle de petit-déjeuner agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour la région.

The property is a little dated as are the rooms, not a fan of the DEI sign behind the check in area, I believe in treating people as they treat me without being reminded that all people are equal, but the staff was very nice & did everything they could to make our stay pleasant

This motel-like property is the best value in St. Michaels. It is adequate but not more. Their breakfast is extremely limited.

The check-in staff were nice— They let me check in 15 minutes early. I came back @ 10 pm from a wedding & thought I lost my room key & was surprised to find that hotel office was locked, with lights out!? Luckily, found it in my car or I’m NOT sure what I would’ve done—slept in my car?

Shaun greeted us at check-in and was so pleasant and talkative! What a great person to have working the reception desk! The room was very clean and orderly but seemed a little old looking. Could have used some pictures on the wall. There were plenty of towels and small amenities. Everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable. The room was a little expensive for a weekend night but very reasonable during the week. I shouldn’t be surprised considering that St. Michaels is a quaint and touristy town. You need to have a car to get into town from the hotel. A continental breakfast was included. The morning we went for breakfast, there was no fruit although there were bagels and muffins and mostly sugary cereals. There was a chafing dish but nothing in it so we didn’t know whether or not there was a hot item included. We opted to have breakfast elsewhere. All in all, our stay was good.

Only one blanket. Only one face cloth. The floor in the bathroom was dirty. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent barely enough to wash off the soap. Pillows were stained. At checkout the front desk would not give me a receipt. Did not sleep a wink.

Was not told about a conference that was going on. It was quite loud, and went on until 10:00, but stragglers were still making noise until almost 11:00. Was also not told that the front desk is not manned 24/7. Left early and the front door was locked!!!

Sweet motel-like place that is well kept. Our bed was extremely uncomfortable. People were nice but we probably will not be going back.

Awful - had to cancel stay and will need to get my money back through Expedia. Only one person working - had to wait at desk for her to come back from cleaning rooms. Upon entering first room, the smell of smoke (despite being a non smoking property) was so pungent I couldn’t breathe properly and had asthma attack. Outdated room was dingy & dirty. Towels were crusty and the toilet/surrounding floor was covered in someone’s urine despite having the “cleaned” seal sticker. Had to complain and get moved to a different room, which did not smell like smoke but instead smelled like sulfur from the water (water was so pungent we couldn’t even wash hands). Bed looked like someone had laid all over it, used tissue was on nightstand, and used sheets/towels were in a pile on the floor next to front door. Sister was in a separate room, which had a wall plug in to cover up sulfur scent from water that made the room smell sickly sweet of twizzlers (they had to put wall plug in inside freezer to stop it from smelling in room). Chair had questionable body fluid stains all over it. Her toilet seat was being held up by a literal popsicle stick. A POPSICLE STICK!! Finally got fed up and had to leave and ask for money back. Got told “there’s nothing we can do about it” to the scents in rooms. Not sure if we will get money back or not. Will never return and wish we could erase it from our memory. Does not do justice for amazing small town it’s surrounded by. Should literally be gutted and redone.
