It was also in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! The room was clean and the perfect size for us to stay the weekend. « This condo felt brand new and the mattress was only 3 months old! A/C worked beautifully and it smells clean too-no mildewy smell!!! It was clean as a whistle and I highly recommend it! The shower was small and could use some more pressure but overall, this was great and we will be returning! »

« This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. »

« Love the many available parking spots in front, and on the side of the building! The check-in was easy and the communication was quick!The king bed is very comfortable! The AC was artic! We had to turn it down to 78. The place was spotless, and the unit offered beach noodles, chairs, and and cart!We have 0 compliants! When you walk out the door, you cross the very small parking lot to access the beach. 30 steps . . . . maybe! Perfectly situated. »
