I gave a 3 so that i could write something. We weren't able to stay 2 different nights due to spontaneous health issues, so over 200 went to pay for an unused room.Granted, we didn't grab room insurance, didn't think we'd need it,but life got in the way. A good will gesture would have been a 50 per cent reimbursement to a returning customer. The rooms have been clean, quiet,convenient, and reasonably priced on previous stays.
