Condo was nicely decorated with great size bedrooms and living space. Extras like beach chairs and some pool floats were much appreciated. Our first morning we found the coffee maker to have a broken piece and inoperable. After contacting the owner they quickly offered to bring us a new machine. Which I found amazing! They also offered great suggestions on breakfast spots as well! A on communication!! Thanks so much!!

Reef Club

My family has been staying at the reef club every year for 20 years, and it is our favorite beach location! We love the spiral staircase access to this unit, and all of the nice updates. We also enjoyed the new pool area updates! We will keep coming back as long as we can.

Great place!

We have stayed in many Florida condos over the last eight years, and this was one of our favorites! It had pickle ball, tennis, and all the items needed to play! It had a storage locker filled with skim boards, beach chairs, beach toys, and even some leftover sunscreen we were able to use once our ran out. We did not have a car rental, so the location was far from everything and we had to walk over a half mile each way. We knew this would be the case, but it was a lot of walking! The condo had games, chess, pool towels, bathing, towel, towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher pods provided and the beds were very comfortable. The building had a wonderful hot tub, large, heated pool, and easy access to the beach! The condo was clean, although it’s impossible to get floors 100% when you are that close to the beach/sand/humidity of the ocean! The rest of the unit was updated, clean and very comfortable. We are all of our meals there and the kitchen was stocked with pans, sheet pans, plates (including plastic ones to eat outdoors with) in the building had multiple gas grills and a charcoal grill!

Our stay

Overall everything was nice. Main bathroom had some mold & unknown matter on wall around toilet. Ice maker was froze up & didn’t work. And with the required 73 degree setting for the air conditioner left some of our family group a little warmer than they were comfortable with.

Birthday Family weekend

The condo is exactly as it is portrayed in pictures. It was very clean and had antibacterial soap in each bathroom. The sofas were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our entire group. Pet friendly. We had a wonderful time.

The beach is amazing and it's proximity to the place couldn't be better..

Place was clean and had everything you could reasonably expect. Accept the A/C needs work can't keep up with the summer heat .. it needs to be replaced could not get it to go below 77 degrees..other than that great place..

Condo with Ocean View

No doubt this condo is on a beautiful beach with a nice pool area and ocean view. The area is great, with many restaurants, bars, bakeries, ice cream shops, a craft brewery, CrossFIt, and a fresh vegetable / fruit store all within walking distance. A trolley runs from Clearwater to St. Pete for $5 pp per day, so handy! This is not a luxury condo worth the money we paid, however. VRBO and the management companies should be ashamed for charging their fees to rent and oversee these properties. When we arrived, we kicked off our shoes and started unpacking. Our bare feet were filthy black from the dirty floors. The ice maker was not working, the vacuum did not work, the blinds and patio door were broken, faucet in the master and fans in both bathrooms were loud and not working, mold in the shower, cable tv was scrambled up, we were given the wrong code for storage, and we had only 3 face towels to use. Light bulbs needed replacing and all the remotes needed batteries. The coffee maker needed to be replaced (we bought one.) Management was contacted, and some of these issues were resolved. As a renter, we should be able to move in and not deal with so many issues, having people in and out repairing / replacing things during our stay.

Castle building

Very clean. Superb location overlooking the pool with direct access to the beach. Please throw out the kayak. You know it has holes in it. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and we’re very pleased.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay there, great beach and loved that there were chairs, skimboards & a boogie board. Said there was an ice chest but there wasn't. We weren't told until a week before our check in date we would need to print a parking pass, and we had already been vacationing for a week elsewhere, and they wouldn't print it for us, so we had to find a copy store to upload the pass to and have it printed which was a hassle. Other than that it was perfect.

Very nice vacation on the beach!!

Unit was very nicely laid out !! Very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Very short walk to the beach with beautiful sand. Swimming pool was heated and very enjoyable ! This was a pet friendly unit with a dog park right across the street. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We give it a 5 star rating.

Dirty House keeping

Check in at 4:30pm came in dirty messy condo, cleaning lady didn’t arrive until 5:30pm and didn’t even call to inform us they’re late, we called the manage company to complain but no response from them, the worst experience ever and never ever come back to the property that run by the manager again.
