Wonderful pool and great facilities. Walk to dinner or dine next door at Sandpearl Resort. No issues at all with condo. Would recommend to a family with kids because of space and three bedroom.

Truly Exceptional - 30 Days - NO disappointments

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo. Teeming and the property owners, as well as the extended facilities and especially the staff at the Sandpearl, made our month long vacation an absolute joy. The other property owners we met were also welcoming and extremely friendly. There wasn't a single disappointment throughout the entire stay!

Best Vacation Ever The SANDPEARL unit 606

The views are spectacular from all the rooms, love the set up, as well as the furniture. The pool house is something to see, you can enjoy setting in the sun facing the beach or if you prefer to be in the shade under the canape. I must say, we were well received by the concierge, that is also available 24 hours a day. I 100% recommend condo 606 of the Sandpearl to anyone traveling as couples, family and among friends.

Great stay

Great condo! Great location. Had all the essentials available. Would stay again. The people who work in the building are very professional and very nice. The Conceirge team is the best. The pool is also great, hardly anyone there. The owners were very receptive and communicate promptly. Hope to go back soon.

Everything about the SandPearl Residences as well as this condo were simply luxurious. The unit décor/furniture is top of the line. The views of the beach/ocean are incredible. The security of the building is second to none. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great kitchen if you want to cook or just a short walk from great food/drink options. We will be back for sure!!

Excellent location right on the Beach. Very secure and friendly staff.

This accommodation has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There are enough kitchen items to prepare any meal you may want to have in. We had our 8 month old Grandson and there was even room in the closet for the playpen and allow him to also rest well on vacation while the Family continued to have fun:) So many wonderful restaurants close by to enjoy. Some of our favourites are Clearsky (breakfast/dinner with live music) Blinkrrs daily specials. Islandway Grill and Columbia are also a must!!

Best Accomidations Ever!!!

My family and I are enjoying our stay in this beautiful, well appointed, luxury condo overlooking the gorgeous Clearwater Beach! The condo and all the emenities are immaculate. Every room has a beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen is fully loaded with all the conveniences needed. Beds are very confortable, every bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool area is wonderful! The pool is olympic sized. There are plenty of shaded cabanas around the pool with comfortable beach chairs. Definately coming back!

My stay at the sandpearl and clearwater beach

If you are looking for a luxury condo .. this is the place. Immaculate grounds on the ocean with the best sunset view and ocean view. The complex is quite and very well guarded. Reception crew is always friendly and attentive. The unit is very big and spacious has all the amenities and accomodates for at least 6 people .. it is spotless and very tastefully decorated! And excellent choice if someone is looking for higher end living!!! Restos bars stores are located all near therefore a car is not even needed!!

Luxury plus plus

This luxuriously appointed condo is in the heart of Clearwater Beach and rivals any of the worlds' most discriminating facilities. This upscale condo is situated on the most prestine white sand sun soaked beach which is a football field wide and stretches far and long. When you step out of this facility, a brief walk places you amidst dozens of wonderfully assorted restaurants that tempts all of your pallets desire. This well appointed condo came equipped with the most elaborate kitchen, well stocked with the utmost amenities. The elaborate pool deck provides plenty of lounge chairs, cabanas, barbecues, huge heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and is situated adjacent the fitness studio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The moral of this story is that your stay at the Sandpearl Residence will be one of the highlights of your world travels, it certainly was for me and my family. P.S. "Enjoy the most AMAZING sunsets"

Paradise and Luxury on Clearwater Beach!!

This condo is simply impeccable and is so beautifully appointed. Sandpearl Residences is located right in the heart of Clearwater Beach, next to the famous Pier 60 with all its activities, shops and wide variety of restaurants just a short walk away. At this time, Sandpearl is by far the most luxurious 5-star resort in Clearwater Beach. The complex has all the top amenities one can ask for, including 24-hour concierge service, heated Olympic size pool, private cabanas, club house with pool table and much more. The condo has the latest kitchen appliances, huge flat screen TV's in every room, Dolby surround sound in living room, very high-end bathrooms and furniture. We loved the view from every room and the decor screamed luxury. We were able to walk to almost anything we wanted including simple groceries at the nearby CVS, 24-hr Walgreens or HESS station. Some of the beach's best restaurants are literally a couple of minutes walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back to this condo on a yearly basis.

Expected a lot got more!

This was our fourth stay in Cleawater Beach in the last two years. Having stayed exclusively at the penhouse in The Mandalay Beach Club next door, my Wife, Dena, and I were dismayed when the unit was not available for our most recent stay. So we looked at the Sand Pearl having heard nothing but great reviews for the building and administration. When I learned that the ownners of this unit were the same as for the penhouse at The Mandalay the deal was sealed. and we were not disapointed: impeccable and tasteful decor, high end furniture and appliances, flat screens in every room, internet, and an owner's obvious attention to upkeep and cleanliness! Location is perfect: you can walk to everything. Pool area and gym are a perfect way to spend part of your day, foolowed by a wonderful stroll on the beach just steps away. Best part of the day (there are so many): a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon and a sumptuous sunset, VOILÀ!!! Frederick, Montreal

Simply the Best!!!

My husband and two children recently stayed in this condo, and we were not only impressed, but touched by the attention to detail the owners seem to take with their rental property. It was important to us to have not only a comfortable place to stay after spending the day on beautiful Clearwater Beach, but also to feel like it was our home away from home. This unit, located in the Sandpearl Residences, did not disappoint. The kitchen was well equipped with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and wood cabinetry that did not make us feel like we were in a rental. The bedrooms were well appointed, beautifully decorated, and we felt we had plenty of space for our personal belongings. The unit is located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, and is walking distance to many different restaurants and venues, sure to please everyone in the family. The pool is quite large, with plenty of space to lounge and relax under the Florida sun. There are even cabanas available for those who prefer the shade, roomy enough for our entire family. The gym is right off the pool area and is well equipped; a living area, billard room, and caterer's kitchen was also available. The Sandpearl Residences is right on the beach, so we were treated with gorgeous sunsets in the evening. You can't go wrong with this unit, and I highly recommend it for couples or a family.
