    Welcome to The Coast is Clear (#505). Fantastic oversized 1 Bedroom Direct Gulf Front Condo located on the beautiful coastline of Indian Shores Florida. Spacious and updated with brand new fresh bedding and linens. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances, white cabinetry and granite counters. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating area, flat screen smart tv and a dining table for 4. Kick back and enjoy STUNNING views from the Gulf front terrace, kitchen and living room. The unit is also equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience! The perfect floor height to see dolphins and manatees while enjoying your morning coffee. Many great area restaurants are located close by with Putt Putt just across the street. Gulf Front Heated Pool! Loads of local attractions. The property will include beach towels and beach chairs for your convenience. This unit comes with one assigned parking space on the south end of the property. Elevator has been repaired.

    Sleeping arrangements - 2 Queen size beds in the master bedroom.

    This property offers initial supplies for a 3 day stay. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as pictured, beautiful furnishings, kitchen and bathroom very well equipped, comfortable beds. The best thing about this condo is the view from the 5th floor balcony! The covered parking spot was very nice to have. Great location close to several great restaurants and miniature golf right across the street.

Great get away for the week. My wife & I enjoyed our stay. The area has nice beaches and it wasn’t overly crowded.

This condo is updated, clean & beautiful. The views of the gulf from the balcony are stunning! Right on the beach with easy pool & beach access. It had everything we needed for our stay. Close to restaurants, golf & more.

We really loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean and in a great location. It had everything we might need in beach chairs, towels and toys. The ease of checking in was a nice change. We cant recommend it enough

Only positive thing is the bed was comfortable. Pillows horrible.Bathroom was dirty with moldy shower curtain and liner. Something sticking out of the drain in the sink.Ice maker didn’t work. Oven only heated to 350 degrees. Light over stove didn’t work. Faucet was very hard to turn off and the sprayer didn’t work.Floors were dirty left our feet black. Dust everywhere. Clock on night stand was on the floor behind it. No beach towels just extra bath towels. I would be ashamed as an owner to even think about renting this unit out.

The process was smooth. Loved our own semi private elevator. Never stayed where I had my own private vestibule. The Condo was very large and I really like the seperate areas...could be in front room while Husband slept in back. Water views amazing. The pool area a bit sad (thus the good rating). That could be easily fixed with even a few plants. Overall, very nice.

Very Nice!

Property has been well maintained. Condo was as described. Beach access was great and the beach was clean and people were friendly. Location was close to a lot of activities and good food. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo/grounds were very clean, well organized and had a lot of extras that we could use/borrow (i.e. beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, binder of food options, etc). The pictures were very accurate, so we knew what we would experience, once we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay away from home.

The condo was lovely with the kitchen and living area having been recently refurbished. Great position. The rental agents were very helpful and efficient in dealing with queries and any problems that arose.
