There were no shops or restaurants nearby (within 3/4 miles or less)Beach view was exceptional!Damage to a chair back that was not attached and had dangerous nails sticking out. This caused an injury before we saw the damage and moved the chair.The unit was not clean. All drawers in the kitchen were dirty and we had to wipe out the cabinets we intended to use.There was a large black spider in the towels in the bathroom.There was an excessive amount of clutter in the kitchen cabinets and closets. i.e. duplicate items that take up space so there was insufficient room for renters to store food and other essential items that we brought with us.There was insufficient lighting. New fixtures with brighter bulbs would help.TV in the bedroom required a maintenance visit to make it work. Also for guests that are not familiar with robo TV it is not easy to use the two sets in the unit without some instruction.The elevator key was not behind the door so we did a search for it and found out by calling that the email about the check in procedures had not been updated.
