I didn't realize what a gem this was when I booked it, but soon found all of the amenities and location were perfect.
The best thing about this is that it has a front and back door. The front door is to the parking lot, and the back door is to a beautiful, peaceful patio facing east. Watching the sunrise with your morning coffee is a WIN. The owner has upgraded to a beautiful polywood patio set. Very comfortable.
Other pros:
*short walk through the parking lot, across the street and you're at the beach
*room is stocked with beach chairs, sand umbrella, kids toys, pool noodles
*beautifully decorated with nautical/beach theme
*this room B111 is just steps from the well kept pool
*April was great time to visit. Spring breaks over and pool, beach, restaurants were very easy to get seats
*Deb at Home Property Mgmt. was great to work with and quick to answer our condo questions. Check in was easy and email communication prior to and while there was great.
*not sure about other units, but B111 is wonderful
*kitchen was fully furnished
Not cons, by no means, just comments:
*take coffee filters if planning on making your own coffee
*You never know, but sometimes condos have bar soap. This unit had hand soap, dish soap, but you will need bar soap for the shower
*plenty of towels
*listed as a sleep 6 unit, and might be fine with children, but too small for 6 adults
*nice kitchen with icemaker in fridge
Bottom line: we loved it and would book this unit again in a heartbeat.
