Fantastic property! Beautifully decorated and very modern feel. Could use a few more rolls of TP and an additional paper towel roll. The king bed upstairs is painfully noisy. I’ve slept on a 200 year old bed that didn’t squeak so much. But again we very much loved our stay. Just wish the sleep was a bit more restful.

The Perfect St.Simon's Vaca Home

What an amazing place to stay! Check-in was so easy and we were just a minute away from the beach and local restaurants. The house was BEAUTIFUL. We loved the master bath and all the closet storage space. The pool was a perfect afternoon spot with some shade and privacy. We can't wait to stay here again!

We absolutely loved the house. Perfect spot to walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping close by. We had a golf cart and would recommend renting one if you don’t have one. Hoping to return next year. The pool looked small but don’t let it fool you - it was a perfect fit for all of us.

A Wonderful Place to Rent

The property is walking distance to a the beach with a few places to eat or get a drink around it. While there are houses close by, it still feels very private. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again

A truly perfect beach house

The hosts thought of everything with this beautiful home. And I’ve rarely had such amazing communication from hosts or owners on VRBO. Atlantic Cottage is an easy walk to the beach. The ice cream and coffee shop including a playground at The King and Prince is a 10 minute walk at most. The pool is well kept and fun for everyone (we had ages 23 months to 72!). Family Vacay to SSI

We decided to take a family vacation to Saint Simons Island on a spur of the moment. Not knowing anything about the area, the description on VRBO was spot on. The location was 10/10. The property itself was straight out of a catalog, it was beautiful! And so spacious! Having a pool on the property was so necessary when visiting in July and the size was just right. Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood

The pictures are wonderful, but it's even better in person. This was such a beautiful, luxurious house. We appreciated all of the nice touches, not just toilet paper provided, but tissues, too and things like that. We couldn't believe what a beautiful little street the house was on. Peaceful and residential, yet steps from the beach. It really was the perfect location. We loved it!

This house has an upscale beach house vibe. It was clean, the rooms were well kept, and it had a pool. Additionally, it’s walkable to a beach access as well as a few restaurants and a brewery. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and concerns we had.

the house was excellent. very clean and very well appointed. tv's in every room and all worked perfectly. Overall a great house in a great location. a disappointment was that the management company could not get the pool heater to function properly and I am still waiting on a refund for the fee that we paid to have the pool heated.

AMAZING Property and Location

We could not have asked for a better house for a short weekend getaway to St. Simons. The house was immaculate and quite-honestly more impressive than the photos online. The location with public beach access and restaurants all within a 2-block radius is hard to beat. I have already recommended this property to friends and will look to stay here again on my next trip to SSI.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

The Atlantic Cottage in St. Simons Island is the perfect vacation rental for a family. We stayed with our 4 young children 5 and under, and were so impressed with the space, layout, and cleanliness of the house. The home looks like it is brand new, all of the amenities were as listed plus more. The pool was the perfect size for our little ones to enjoy and the street the house is on is so quiet and private. The beach is a 2 minute walk or 30 second golf cart ride away, and so many amazing restaurants are all within a 5 minute radius of the house. This rental is an absolute dream on the amazing St. Simons Island, we hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful house with short walk to beach

We loved this house. And the island was wonderful. This is definitely a new favorite area for my family. The house was beautiful and very spacious. There were 9 of us and we never felt cramped. Several restaurants and the beach were within walking distance. We also rented bikes... Walking distance as well.
