It's a nice place but there were a few things that bothered us and made us feel like we didn't get our money's worth based on what was offered in the description. The worst part was the couch, it's very old and all of the material is flaking off in very small white flakes that get all over the floor, your feet, your clothes. It just needs to be replaced. There were also rolling blackouts on the island while we were there while is not the host's fault but the generator they have is so incredibly loud that you can barely hear anything inside, let alone enjoy the patio outside while it's on. The pool is very nice and quiet but I wouldn't say it's "steps away", probably a 5 minute walk and the Margaritaville resort is another 5 minutes. The oven didn't work and the TV's are outdated, you can get any live tv and can't load any apps on the TV to stream your own subscriptions. The kitchen was otherwise very nice and they provide everything you need with very cookware. Had no issues with water pressure, temp, the showers were all wonderful and the temperature in the condo stayed cool. It's at the back of the resort which makes it nice for parking but again a pretty good walk to Margaritaville or Coki Beach.
