Communication with Host:Julia was ABSOLUTELY incredible answering any questions before / during / and after our stay. She was very fast at responding and generally cared about our stay.Condo:The condo looks exactly what you see in the pictures. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. They provided plenty of shampoo / conditioner / body wash. They also have beach towels / some sand toys / two chairs / and some flippers.Sapphire:The condo is 100yds to the beach! You have a minimal view of the ocean / beach but a gorgeous view still. The beach is amazing and the unit gets you access to 4 chairs on the beach too. The snorkeling is pretty good here and generally calm water. Beach bar has plenty of drinks / food / gift shop. I recommend going to Sudi’s great food and best prices.Overall I would 100% recommend and come back to this spot. The host was truly incredible on her communication and making sure our stay pleasant.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better location. Despite how it looks on the map, the beach is literally just seconds away. A few steps of flat walking and you’re on the sand. It hits the perfect sweet spot: see the waves from your window, but quieter and more peaceful than the pricier “red roof” condos, which are smaller and right in the middle of the beach and bar noise. At the same time, it’s more conveniently located than the “blue roof” buildings — which, while cheaper, are smaller and require trekking up steep hills to reach the beach or local amenities.Inside, the condo is super comfortable. The air conditioner is a welcome respite after a hot day in the sun, and having two bathrooms means everyone can spread out and get ready for the next adventure without waiting in line. The unit is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation like beach toys, chairs, towels, and even two “owner tags” for free seaside loungers.All in all, this place delivered on convenience, comfort, and value.

I really enjoyed my stay. The unit was as pictured and a great location. Our host was fabulous. She contacted us prior to the visit letting us know what we needed to Not bring which was great. The host provided us detailed check in information and checked on us during our stay. The host contacted us prior to checking out with detailed instructions. Such great communication and a lovely condo.

This condo was awesome. Having the washer and dryer was amazing. The views from this condo were exceptional. The host was extremely kind and very helpful. We would definitely come back and stay again. This vacation was a dream and being right on the beach was so amazing. We rented a car and traveled even to St. John’s and by far we agreed that this was the best beach. This condo was so awesome, and we had the best time of our life.

Easy booking and excellent communication with Julie. Unit B14 was perfect for us, family of 3, and the property has nice grounds, beautiful beach and convenient food/drink options (AM coffee / breakfast bites, PM cocktails / grab-and-go snacks/meals). Convenient to Red Hook (SJT ferry, restaurants). An easy recommendation.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at this condo. We were part of a larger group, and this unit was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the view of Sapphire Bay and were so close to the beach. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. Very well-appointed kitchen with everything one would need. The location of this complex on Sapphire Beach is perfect. Trees for shade, clean, sandy beach and clear water for swimming and snorkeling. We did have quite a bit of wind from the east which did stir the sand up a bit but snorkeling was still good along the rocks and got to see fish, rays, turtle, etc. Julie was such a pleasure to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this unit!

Great location with everything you need

Overall: We enjoyed our stay a lot. The amentities in and around the condo along with the location on the island made our stay very easy and relaxing. I would recommend the place to almost anyone.Pros: Sapphire Beach and restaurants are in the front yard of the Crystal Cove condo. Two minute drive to the Red Hook area with a ferry to St. John, grocery store, restaurants, and boat excursions. Good space for 2-4 people. Kitchen comes equipped. Two full bathrooms are nice to have. Comfortable bed and pillows. Many towels and beach towels available. Huge television. Some toys and two chairs were in the condo when we were there, but that can change based on what other guests leave behind. Cons: Sapphire Beach was very windy when we were there in March, but it's not always windy. We enjoyed visiting many other beaches on STT and STJ. It really was mostly quiet, but we could hear footsteps from another unit. That said, it didn't bother our sleep. We couldn't hear anything from the beach. Overall the condo was very clean, but the floors seemed a little dirty, but they are trying to replace the red tile. Plus, it can be hard to keep a floor clean around water and sand. FYI: The unit is on the second floor with a full set of stairs leading up to the front door. We rented snorkel gear, chairs, and an umbrella from Sapphire Provisioning. They were great and dropped off supplies at the door. We rented a Jeep. It was nice to have, but took people ferry to STJ and used taxis there.

Great Stay

The unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Great for sharing. Loved how close it was to the best part of the beach. Was grateful we were able to check in early, host was very responsive. One thing is the unit is on the top floor but you can still hear neighbors stomping around for some reason as well as bass sometimes late at night coming from the restaurants. I still slept very well but it may bother some. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful Place just steps away from the beach!

We LOVED our stay in this unit! Awakening to the sunrise in St Thomas was the perfect Winter getaway. Literally steps away from the beach AND a short walk to something to eat or drink. We also liked having quick access to the taxi stand which made our decision not to rent/drive, the best decision ever!! We will definitely look to do this one again.
