« AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. BerenĂce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. »
« If youâre planning to escape the cityâs chaos, this is the perfect place to do it. Waking up to the soothing sounds of birdsong and the gentle cascading of a waterfall is an incredible experience. The staff, including Eric and Carla, are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
The only inconvenience is that itâs located far from everything and everyone. If you plan on doing any activities in Costa Rica, make sure to plan ahead. Moving around there would be easy with a car.
