Excellent hotel
Great value for money. Located along the Thames in a nice part of Staines. Lovely full English breakfast included. Free parking was definitely a plus for us. Friendly staff.

Nice stay in Boleyn hotel
Business trip and I stayed two nights. The room was really big and confortable. Bathroom was equipped with shower and bathroom. The location near the Tamise was perfect.

Hotel agréable mais le prix est un peu élevé
Très bien dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est accueillant et très à l'écoute des clients. Un avis réservé sur la chamble, les dessus de lit ne paraissaient pas très nets(taches). La salle de bain est moderne et propre. Dommage qu'il manque un peu d'éclairage au dessus du lavabo. Nous aurions aussi apprécié une douche avec un flexible qui se décroche. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et varié. Il y en a pour tous les gouts. L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme et intéressant de part sa proximité de la Tamise et du Centre Ville

Pas cher, correct, non loin d'Heathrow.
Le Boleyn m'a bien dépanné un jour où ma correspondance pour Moscou a été annulée. Escale forcée à Londres, donc, que j'ai été heureux de passer à quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport mais dans un environnement étonnamment champêtre. Hôtel très simple, service courtois.

Absolutely stunning hotel with great detail very clean, and breakfast is delicious in the pub. Really great to have free parking as the hotel is in a great location and other hotels charge for atleast £11-£15 parking a day. We had a wonderful stay, actually left my phone charger in the room and they posted it recorded delivery to me. Staff are great very accommodating and polite.

This was a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic. The rooms and dining areas were clean comfortable and the location is very quaint and quiet. I wish he had more time here. We loved being here. Can't recommend it enough!!

Good hotel in a great location by the Thames
Good hotel in lovely location. Rooms on first floor are more historic than the more modern rooms on the ground floor extension. Bar and nice little Indian restaurant. Free secure parking. Friendly staff.

We've stayed here a couple of times now just prior to flying out of Heathrow. The hotel is well-located and clean. This time we were in the newer part downstairs which I preferred. The Saffron restaurant serves great food. We did find the car park locked on the morning of our early exit, but luckily staff came to our rescue after a short while - they hadn't been anywhere in sight when we passed the reception desk. Will stay again if we're in the area.

I enjoyed the character/style of the hotel. The staff was helpful, professional and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was delicious!

The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy It was annoying that we could not get an evening meal, we were told they only had one chef working and said we needed to book anyway. When checking in we were not told this which was frustrating as had to find alternative arrangements for food. The bed was uncomfortable Breakfast was ok although the cooked food was only just warm

Good Location, Clean, Breakfast needs improvement
Check in was good and reception were very friendly, which was a great start. Hotel was used for an overnight stay to attend Twickenham rugby match, this is a good location and worked well. Some areas have had a recent upgrade and these are good, including the bathrooms and bar area. The rest of the room was dated and was in need of a refresh, but it was clean and suited us for our stay. The breakfast was not so good :-(, most tables had remains of people's breakfasts and not cleaned up ready for more customers. The food was non existent when we arrived and when we asked for these to be replenished the response was dismissive. We asked for toast and it seemed we were allowed one slice each!, which took a long time to transpire. This was a disappointing aspect and really needs to be reviewed and improved.

worst night ever
hi after our stay last night room 205 i would like some leave this negative review due to be woken up from 23.30 by a naked drunk man that was trying to get into our room for over 30 minutes when i opened the door to ask what he was doing he was completely naked and urinating down our door and all over your carpet he turned around and went back in his room only to be harassed again for a while trying the door this left my wife and son unable to relax and could not go to sleep this isn’t what i or any other guest would expect in a hotel accommodation. kind regards b fisher

The room was larger than expected. Breakfast, which was included, was only until 9:30 am so we were only able to take advantage of it 1 day and we barely made it, so a lot of items were already gone
