Curb appeal not great. Good double spacious room, clean and comfortable. View ok but outside needed a tidy up. Bar ok but no outside space unless you wanted to sit in the car park. Suited our needs and breakfast excellent

"Awful!! Absolutely Awful Place!!! Checked in by a young girl who said virtually nothing. Nothing about where the room was located, breakfast, the restaurant or where anything was. As a result we eat out. No signs for lift or where the rooms were! Got in the car in the disabled carpark to find there ..."

Lovely staff, dilapidated water damaged rooms.
"In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. "Bathroom was dirty, asked for it to be cleaned and no one ever came. Paid for a cheap room, got a cheap room. Hotel smelt unclean, some parts of the hotel were beautiful, others needed a good clean and full renovation. Being in basement rooms needs better signage, particularly when you don't want ..."
