« The check-in person we had was wonderful. We had several problems with our room which she tried to fix by herself. She called maintenance several times but they did not respond, She apologized profusely and deserves accolades for her dedication and customer service. Upon check out she took notes about needed repairs and supplies that were lacking in the room. The breakfast was very good both days as well. »

« The room was ok? I am surprised it had an 8.2 rating. There was no real front desk. Everything was on the phone and I had to prompt them for everything. I reserved for 4 people they only had towels for 2 and I couldn't get a hold of anyone after that. They recommended a truck stop resturaunt for breakfast at 8 am. Turns out is is run the the same people. The person opening the resturaunt answered the hotel phone number. It was supposed to open at 8. They got there about 10 min. after 8. ...

« great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. Some of the fire pits are down steep hills (not the easiest thing for my aged mother) The small pond had peddle boats for use so that was fun! All around wonderful, slightly-rustic stay. »
