Hôtel Stanley, Stilwell

« My overall experience was nice. However, thete were ants on my bathroom and staffing said there was nothing they could do aince maintenance was no longer on duty. I was offered another room, however, i was told by other members on the floor that they too had ants. So i figured what was the point. I wasnt offered a discount , so i had to live in a room with an ant farm »

« It was just what I needed but I was blown away with the comfort of the bed, pillows and super clean. Will be back and hopefully can use outdoor area. Coffee in the lobby nice and quiet although on street side. Will be back!!! »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« I booked this place for my wife and daughter who was in town for a soccer tournament. I was unable to join them, but my wife said it was "scary" when she checked in that night, but saw thought the place was fine in the light of day. She tends to spook easy, so I'm not sure what to make of it. »

« Hotel was pet friendly. Great on site restaurant. Only slight issue s; strange light settings. One switch at door controlled entire room. Meant you couldn't have just a bedside lamp on w o having whole room on. No bathroom fan, but bathroom was very nice. »

« This is a standard mid-level hotel offering a hot breakfast (a requirement for me). We stayed in 109 which had an oversized walk-in shower, perfect for our needs. I had some internet issues but think it was my computer; my wife watched an online movie with no trouble. The big plus of this hotel was the price, dramatically less than any of the competition. Definitely worth the high score I gave it. »

« The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.. »

« Our Tv did not work and they came at 9pm to check it, was amazing. Changed it out for us. »
