« We loved our stay. If you want a quiet out of the way get-a-way, this it it! The cabin was very clean and had what we needed. We had the pleasure of meeting the host in person when he brought us fire wood and he was very nice. We enjoyed feeding the donkeys and meeting the neighboring dogs who were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Excellent property! The decor had us smiling the second we walked in. It was very clean, spacious and we felt at home. Added bonus was being greeted by the neighborhood dogs and being able to visit with JJ. We hope to plan another long weekend in the area so we can spend time on the back patio and enjoy a fire. « Perfect little cabin with a lovely back porch and a cozy, antique indoor feel. The cabin was thoughtfully prepared with almost everything we needed, and checkout was refreshingly simple. We cooked the perfect meal using the charcoal grill outside and the stove indoors, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only small downside, not the host’s fault, was the neighboring property before the cabin. Other than that, it was an absolutely lovely and romantic night getaway. »

I would label this property as semi-secluded due to two cabins within sight and hearing (sounds travel well on the ridge). Bring everything you need because running back and forth on that remote road is something you only want to do twice (coming and going).
