Warning that this place has mice! We found droppings everywhere including the bedsheets and towels—especially in the downstairs large bedroom—and along the side tables, walls, and couches. This made many in my group uncomfortable and on-edge of what items were actually clean. The carpets in the bathrooms were unsanitary, considering the amount of moisture that builds up in these rooms. There was also a lot of dust and cobwebs everywhere so it caused allergies among some in my group. The bug traps were already full of bugs and there were dead spiders everywhere. In terms of customer service, the vacasa team was unhelpful and unkind when we reached out for support regarding date changes. They showed no sympathy and shrugged at our concerns and issues without any proposed aid or resolution. Because of its lack of cleanliness and the poor customer service, we will not come back here nor rent from any vacasa property in the future.
