« Do NOT rent this place. The host reached out to me on the very day i was to check in to tell me about a safety concern with the floor and then when i expressed concern about staying there refused to let me out of the reservation and to give me a credit. Just trust me, don’t stay there. »

« We had an amazing time... Our entire stay was like vacation away from home at home..... Very cozy, relaxing and many things to do in the surrounding area. Zack and his wife were very kind and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed and more they definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.... We even got a welcome basket which was super cute ... This is definitely our go to spot whenever we are in GA!!!!! »

« The house was clean, however not as spacious as advertised. We had 7 adults planning to stay after the UGA game and adults are not going to stay in a bunk bed or double up in a full. It was VERY expensive for the beds you had. The management team sent several messages asking to remove our shoes, rinse dishes befor dishwasher etc. however, did not accommodate dropping bags 2 hours early due to flight schedule. « The property looked OK online, we got there and things were a mess. Very dirty ,spiders. Everywhere sinks were clogged, trashcan lid does not work by foot. You have to open it with your hand debris and trash underneath. Bushes, landscaping was a wreck not maintained property. Ridiculous. they try to charge this much for something that has not been serviced in months. It looks like. »

« The listing was quite misleading. It advertised an “onsite gym,” which in reality was a community center located across the street. It also stated there was a washer and dryer, but there were no laundry facilities available anywhere on-site. Additionally, an iron and ironing board were listed but not provided, which was especially frustrating after packing a dress and having no way to remove wrinkles.
