« Very nice stay. We always stay here whenever we visit Cheb. The hotel has a very nice indoor pool rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the parking offered so you don’t have to park on the street. A very good place to spend time with. »

« Chaotic check in where I had to go to 3 different places. Had dinner and were only told after that card payment wasn’t possible, despite a visa and mastercard sign at the door. Friendliness was mid as well. Rooms were functional but nothing special. Room lacked amenities such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Wasn’t terrible yet I wouldn’t recommend »
