« We had a wonderful vacation at Newtown Retreat. The historic home is beautifully restored and very comfortable. It's a real bonus having king size beds for all guests.The location was excellent as we could walk to the downtown areas and numerous restaurants. « This is an excellent property. It was very clean, spacious, modern, and incredibly well appointed. We lacked for nothing. The yard was cute, the property was within walking distance of just about everything, and the little patio with the chairs and tables to sit at and enjoy the weather were an added bonus. « This house is lovely, well stocked and comfortable. Beds were clean and very comfortable. The drive from the Richmond airport was super easy until about the last two twisty miles; if you are arriving after dark, study the map so you know what to expect. I loved that it was so close to Shenandoah National Park. We ate at the Blue Ridge Cafe in Ruskerville (recommend) then entered at the Swift Run entrance then drove south and came out just a couple miles from the house. Heads up to...
