Family Steamboat Ski Trip

The manager John was excellent in responding when ever I called and the place was beautiful. It had plenty of extras including spices for cooking which was great. We were even able to check in a little early. Disappointed in a few things: There was no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms. The cleaning crew did however leave partially used bars of soap in 3 of the bathrooms which we found kind gross. John however brought us some bathroom supplies immediately.We also had a fair amount of ants in the basement bedrooms and there were also some ants on the main level. John did say they knew about the ants and are trying to resolve the problem soon.We were also disappointed that the pool temperature was 68 degrees and we were unable to use it the entire time we stayed after telling our 5 year old grand daughter that we were going to the pool.

A perfect home for our annual family ski trip over Christmas

This wonderful home was absolutely perfect for our family of 7 to spend Christmas week! The 3 K Bedroom ensuites, large kitchen and gathering room, pool table, and the family favorite - the Ping Pong table in the heated garage area! We hope to rent it again next year

Great Place

Lived our stay. Was about a 7 min walk to gondola but the shuttle service was awesome for getting to mountain and town. Place was clean and as advertised. A lot of fun for my group of friends.

Amazing Vacation at Cimarron!

Couldn't recommend this property more! We were a group of 10- 2 families, and there was MORE than enough room! It had all the amenities and was SO close to the mountain base! Loved the free shuttle service to take up everywhere! Jon was great to work with and always answered my calls if we needed anything. This property truly made our vacation to Steamboat top notch. Thank you!!

Awesome Stay In Steamboat!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect and very well equipped. The shuttle for the resort or downtown literally picks up out front. Jon was fantastic and really prompt answering any questions we had about the home and the area. We will definitely be back!!!

Convenient and roomy

This comfortable five bedroom house was a good choice for our large family gathering. We’ll enjoy having three king size beds, as we are tall people. The hot tub was a great bonus on the deck and there were plenty of kitchen supplies. The manager John was extremely nice and Greeted us upon arrival, explaining how the house functioned. The shuttle service was handy as it was OK to walk to the lift in snowboard boots but not very comfortable in ski boots. Also handy to get into town at night and as long as you returned by 10:45 PM.

Perfect.

The house and location was perfect. We enjoyed time with family after a day on the slopes by playing pool, ping pong and soaking in the hot tub. Lovely home and very spacious for 11 people. We hope to be back again!

great week in Steamboat

Excellent unit, really nice place to stay and great reviews are all true, ski shuttle picks you up and drops you off literally at the front door, 5 full bedrooms with 5 private bathrooms, outdoor hot tub and nightly ping pong tournaments in heated garage, 6 burner Viking stove for cook in the group, excellent communication with Jon the manager, book with confidence!

Amazing stay in a beautiful home!!

Our group consisted of adults, teens and children. The house was immaculate! We could walk to the hill and many other restaurants close by. The hot tub was a game changer at the end of a long day of skiing. Kids loved the pool table and ping pong table! They could also walk to the pool. Property manager, John, made sure we were taken care of and responded quickly when needed. We used a grocery delivery service (Grocery Mom of Steamboat) and our fridge was full upon arrival! We could shuttle into the resort or into town anytime we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Steamboat Family Trip

This house was perfect for our extended family. We had a great time in Steamboat. We only had one small problem with the heat, and the house manager was very prompt in helping fix the issue. The hot tub, pool table and ping pong table were enjoyed by several family members. The large dining table was perfect for meals and playing games. Also, the shuttle system picked up right outside the home and took us anywhere we wanted to go. Very close to the base for skiing. We had a great time!

Incredible accommodations - perfect for families and groups

We were impressed from the start. John (property manager) could not have been more helpful. The whole experience felt like we were being welcomed by friends instead of renting a condo. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Convenient to thr mountain on foot or by shuttle and a great place to relax if you’re not skiing.

Beautiful, clean accommodations in Steamboat for girls annual ski trip. Spacious layout, fully equipped home with quality appliances and accommodations. The hot tub on the deck, was a welcoming plunge after a hard day of skiing. Ping pong table and pool table added entertainment. Front door shuttle service made getting to ski area and downtown a breeze!

We do ski trips every year and the powder house tops all other places that we have stayed. We walked to the slopes (with 4-5 year olds), took the private shuttle anywhere we wanted which was very convenient. The three levels of the house were all immaculate and updated and allowed for 4 families to stay very comfortably. Grocery, restaurants all within 1-2 blocks. If we could stay here every year when we come we would, outstanding house!

Overall great stay. Only complaint was that gym on property was open to owners only...If we can stay in their homes, we should be able to work out in their gym. Everything else was great and John the property manager is fantastic.
