Inside, you’ll find a warm and welcoming living area complete with a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress - perfect for streaming your favorite shows and getting cozy. The patio adds a nice touch for some fresh mountain air. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and the kitchen has more than the basics covered for the nights you want to stay in - ideal for winding down after a big day outside. However, with all of the local cuisine, dining out at the numerous local restaurants can be a different experience each meal.



Other perks include a shared coin-operated laundry on-site and two parking spaces (you must use the parking passes provided). Our one-bedroom condo's convenient location and essentials make it a great home base for both first-time travelers and seasoned mountain lovers.

• A/C - The unit has a portable air conditioner, but it’s not usually needed, as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.

• Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.

•Please note we are not liable for left items. Returns incur a $50 fee plus shipping costs. Any items not claimed within 24 hours of checkout are donated or discarded.

• There is a $30 fee for early check-in. Availability of early check-in cannot be confirmed until after 10am on your arrival day.
