The Space:

Welcome to Rocky Mountain Joy in EagleRidge Lodge, one of Steamboat’s most sought-after communities where guests immediately feel the warmth, charm, and convenience of mountain living.



As you step inside the condo, you’re greeted by an open layout filled with natural light streaming through the windows. The living room invites you to unwind with plush seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a large gas fireplace that creates the perfect après-ski setting while you watch the snow fall outside. Off the living room, you’ll find a private balcony- perched on the top floor with elevator access, your valley views await!



The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, complete with seating for two at the bar and a dining table for six. There is also a washer and dryer located inside the home for your convenience.



The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, ample storage, and a dedicated workstation for guests working remotely, while the attached bathroom offers a relaxing jetted tub to soothe tired muscles after a day of adventure.



The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed with a conveniently detached bathroom nearby.



The EagleRidge community provides exceptional amenities that make every season enjoyable. Guests have access to three outdoor hot tubs, a year-round heated pool, a fitness center, elevators and outdoor fire pit. Ski lockers, locker rooms, and well-maintained outdoor spaces create a resort-style experience from the moment you arrive.

*Please note that the pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from mid-April to Memorial Day, and from October to the week of Thanksgiving. The amenities are controlled by a third-party HOA and cannot be guaranteed during your stay.



Located less than 500 yards from Gondola Square, this condo offers unmatched convenience for reaching the slopes, dining, and shopping. Guests can easily walk to the gondola area or take advantage of the winter shuttle that loops to the base right from the lobby of our community.



Guests may walk .3 miles to the Gondola Square area to hop on the city's local shuttle system, making it simple to explore downtown restaurants, stores, and attractions throughout town.
