Hotel Stearns

« We had a very late arrival with the time change and the guy at the front desk was able to get us checked in quickly. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. The property feels like its in the process of being updated and there were some signs of that, but overall nice for the price and a great stay and it looks like there is a good effort being made to keep up with things. Very happy with the stay and would definitely stay there again »

« un accueil moyen mais surtout une cuisine immangeable j ai pris des spaghetti bolognaises qui baignées dans l eau et il ni avait que de la sauce tomate et pas de viande rien a garder de ce repas cuisinier a virer!!!!! »

« Nous sommes satisfait »

« Everything was great. There's nothing to dislike. »

« This time we had a bad experience the rooms smell pretty bad. We found cigarettes buds. It’s time for some remodeling on the carpets »

« My only complaint was not having a free breakfast »

« The perfect place for a little getaway. So nice to disconnect from the busy-ness of life and be able to just sit together without interruption. After 21 years of marriage, we’ve done a lot of traveling and this was an exceptional experience. We may remodel our kitchen to match the stable. »

« Room was very dirty, shower had hair in it. The room wasn’t swept and there was hair all over the bed and in the towels we had. The exterior of the hotel was also very run down and had cigarette butts and beer bottle caps and trash all over. Definitely recommend finding a different place to stay. »

« Upon registering at the Hotel, I truly believe that I was not assigned the room I reserved. I suspect this was due to the fac t that I had a service dog. I was greatly anticipating a room in the old section of this hotel with a river view. The room assigned was marginally adequate. There were NO amenities in the room. Some of the furnishings were worn and old. The room was smaller than anticipated. Bathroom are was extremely small and the shower was even smaller - prompting one to literally...

« Great location, clean and friendly. »

« Beautiful farmhouse with individual rooms. About a 15 minute drive to the local grocery store and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful and the hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again! »

« Very nice place our room was excellent nice beds and super quiet surroundings. Location is very convenient for visiting the surrounding state parks. Breakfast is very simple, but freshly baked. »
