Family Reunion
This is the perfect house for large families sharing spaces and each having their own bathroom! The upstairs is wonderful for the young ones going to bed early, while the middle age has their own family upstairs and the adults are enjoying time together downstairs! Highly Recommend!

Yearly Family Scalloping Trip
We made our yearly trip to Steinhatchee to do some scalloping. We had a great time and we loved the house/cottage we were staying in. Just a ver short walk to the pool and the boat slips. The size of the house and the front porch area was magnificent. Great time

Amazing Scalloping trip!

Pleasant stay
Nice, needed more attention to light bulbs out, kitchen utensils very lacking, useless fry pans without coating, internet and wi-fi inoperative entire weekend. Overall, pleasant stay with family. Price too high for quality of space but was priced based on Fiddler Festival and was predatory due to that weekend.

I apologize that you had internet/wifi issues. Often times this can be remedied by resetting the router and I would of been happy to have my maintenance person drop by to assist with this if I had been notified. Wifi does run off of cell towers and unfortunately during the busy weekends, such as Fiddler Crab, the towers are very overloaded. That could have been the problem. Most all of our frying pans are stainless steel so that you never need to worry about coatings in nonstick pans! Price was not inflated during Fiddler Crab Festival. Home sleeps 12 people in beds and is priced accordingly. I do apologize about light bulbs. I had that specifically addressed before your arrival and he must have missed some of those. Thank you for making me aware of these issues.

Excellent place to stay!
I loved this property....the main master bedroom is huge and the bathroom beautiful; the kitchen had all items needed for a nice stay. The upstairs master had no TV but was large and had a nice bath. The second room was small with a small queen and small bath and the third room upstairs had two great bunkbeds. Nice sitting room upstairs AND downstairs with TVs. The location was perfect....right next to the chapel where my daughter was getting married. I just love the atmosphere of The Landing!

Great family house
House was great! Very clean! Very large and accommodating for our large group. We had 6 teenagers and they were super happy with the house and the fact they could walk to the pool and to the other amenities! Definitely will be back to stay again! Only trouble we had was with the Wi-Fi but the owner tried her best to get it fixed quickly. But we didn't come for the Wi-Fi so only time it was a concern was at night for the tv.

Spring break getaway
We had a lovely stay, the house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We were 4 adults and 4 kids (5&6) the upstairs living area was perfect for the kids to have their own little space to hangout. The resort area was great, we loved the pool and hot tub area. The kids enjoyed looking at the koi fish and petting zoo. We would definitely stay here again.

We had four couples staying four nights. It was the perfect layout with every couple having their own bathroom. There are separate seating areas for breaks from being constantly together. We LOVED the front porch with the swing and the rockers! Highly recommended!

Labor Day Scallop getaway
Our large group of friends had a fabulous time at your clean and well appointed home. The front porch and courtyard area was a great place to have coffee in the morning and grill and talk about our day on the water scalloping. Great house!

Beautiful House 100 Yards from the Dock
The property owner was so helpful before we arrived. She told us everything we needed to know to put our boat in the water for 4 days and enjoy Steinhatchee. House was very clean and the outdoor spaces were great! Only negative thing I can say (and it was beautiful) was the 30 minute boat ride to the Gulf. Gorgeous, but we would have liked a shorter ride. Totally recommend this place!!!

Perfect house and location to the community boat ramp, cleaning of your catch and the petting zoo.
We normally stay at a house in Keaton Beach, but wasn’t available. We would drive over to steinhatchee to eat and the marina for gas,etc.. I have always wanted to stay in the Landings because it looked inviting and resort like and I wasn’t disappointed! Love love love this place! We definitely will come back!

Spacious Home
Thousand Oaks is great for large families or small families that want privacy. The fact that each bedroom had its own bath was the main attraction for us. We traveled with several non family members so their privacy was important. Our host was wonderful! She responded to all of our questions and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay. We would stay at this property again.

Best Vacation ever!
Close to everything. We spent most of our time on the front porch in the rockers and porch swing when we weren’t fishing.. The big oak trees and birds chirping made it so peaceful. We will be back!!

Wonderful place to stay when you have a crowd!
I knew this place would be perfect for my family and I since we had stayed here before. A big draw for me was a downstairs master suite since I have an elderly sister who can't climb steps. We had my daughters rehearsal dinner at this house because the two long dining tables and lots of sitting room in the living room provided the most seating for the wedding party and guests. I did have to contact the owner once. She was very fast and responsive to my needs. Everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This house is well appointed. Had everything we needed. Had tto contact owner on an issue and she responded immediately. This is definitely one of the nicest rentals I have seen. Would recommend to anyone. All 8 that stayed in this property were raving to our friends when we returned.

Great House & Neighborhood
The house and neighborhood are even better than they look online. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable! We had rain all weekend and couldn't do much on the water, but I plan to come back again soon.
