„I gave this five stars because overall, the property was great and peaceful and the right price for what it offered. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder. „Quiet cul de sac. House rambles a little bit but has every amenity you can want, most especially grand views from every room. About a half a block from the coastal trail. Unobstructed ocean views. “

„Such a beautiful house and a stunning location. The hot tub was gross when we arrived & they sent a team out quickly to drain, clean & refill it & it heated up quickly enough for us to go in that day! Access was easy with a lock box on the front door & my friend even charged his Tesla in the garage! It was a bit stuffy in the home, the air conditioning was needed and was not very effective & there was no breeze & no fans. I bet if I had asked for some fans they would have brought us some.  ...

„A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. I particularly loved being able to see the starry night sky and early-morning wildlife while lying in bed. Very well equipped kitchen with a filtered-water tap and abundant supplies of everything (except light bulbs). Put a Sea Ranch visitor pass on your dash and take Vantage Rd for easy coastal trail access. Only 4 miles to Gualala restaurants, groceries, and kayaking.“
