  • Nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty close to the banks of the magnificent Loch Katrine in the Heart of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The immediate area is perfect for all outdoor pursuits with numerous fantastic tracks and trails perfect for hiking and biking. Or enjoy a cruise from the pier just a short walk away around the splendid Loch Katrine on the fantastic Sir Walter Scott Steamship! The loch gave Sir Walter Scott the inspiration for world famous poem The Lady of the Lake, and in more recent times the popular Outlander TV drama was also film here. It was also the birthplace of Scottish legend Rob Roy MacGregor.

    Step inside this luxurious property into the hall then through to the light and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. In the lounge area relax on the comfortable sofas and enjoy cosy night in front of the roaring wood burner after a day out exploring or watch a great movie together on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen area is the ideal place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a handy dishwasher. Enjoy family or romantic meals together in the dining area, with ample comfortable seating. Next is the lovely cosy light and bright single bedroom followed by a stylish shower room and WC. Completing the ground floor is the utility room with washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you are met with a beautiful light and bright king-size and a lovely twin bedroom. Finally completing the accommodation is the bathroom with large roll-top bath and WC.

    Venturing outside there is a seating area at the rear of the property and a further seating area just a short walk, with magnificent views over Loch Katrine. Perfect place to enjoy a good local ale, wee dram or a nice glass of wine, whilst admiring the stunning loch views. There is private off-road parking available directly outside of the property.
