what I didn't like was the fact that there were no movie channels to watch any movies. The room cards stop working, then the door lock to the room stopped working and we could not get into our room.

Room smelled like dope all night. Poorly maintained buildings. Room door hardly closed, we had to put a chair by the door as we felt unsafe. Only good thing was the morning breakfast.

Our stay was very unpleasant and frustrating. 1) We were traveling with pets and there was no clear, easy way to know where to park so we could bring the bell cart to the car and find a ramp to bring everything in. 2) There was a large group of middle and high school teams staying at the hotel and the chaperones were nowhere to be found. As a result, the students had taken over every possible shared space and there was no way to use any of the spaces or the amenities- tables, chairs, pool, hot tub, internet, etc. Our room faced the pool area and the noise of the group was loud until 10. We waited to use the hot tub and there was never less than 12-25 students in there at any given time. We asked the front desk if there were "adult hours" for the pool area. No. We are glad the students had a great time, but it was at everyone else's expense.

The AC did NOT work, dead bugs in the restroom we asked 3x for towels ended up having to go buy our own towels. Couldn’t call front desk because the phone was broken so we had to keep walking to the front desk. There was no extra toilet paper had to keep asking for that as well until finally the front desk girl gave me some. Beds are way too hard and pillows are so old we went and bought some of those too. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

It’s supposed to be “secure” facility, but we noticed that the staff had a habit of leaving gates open ( so they can come in and out without swiping their card). We’ve seen hotel staff enter and/or exit supposedly secure gates and leave it open. It’s supposed to be secured shut and can only be accessed by the room card. Perhaps, retraining or a refresher on safety is in order?

I stayed in room 162 (1st floor) building C. If you are given this room PLEASE do not accept it!! It's literally next to the entry of building C, so you hear the door opening, closing and EVERYTHING else. The walls are so thin it doesn't even make sense to have anyone stay there!. The elevator wasn't working as I heard several guests complaining about it in the entryway nex5 to my room. It seems a patch job was done soon thereafter, as I could hear it making awful noises while inuse. I thought for certain it was gonna give out, but it didn't. Oh how I wish it would have. Folks worked that elevator all night!! I tried to drown out the noise by turning up the TV...no luck! To add insult to injury, the TV stopped working around midnight! I should have called to change rooms, but was exhausted from a very busy day. I called the front desk after 6am about the TV and was advised the Maintenance Department isn't available until 7:30am. I was offered the chance to switch rooms. However, I declined as I was checking out at 11am. At that point I cranked up Spotify on my cell phone for the remainder of my stay. Upon check-out, I advised thestaff of my horrid experience which I was given an apology. Needless to mention, I shan't return, nor recommend.

Room was nice and decent, the elevators were dirty and didn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a while. The parking was limited and the areas that were available seemed to be in sketchy areas around homeless people. My husband was afraid of car theft and moved to a well lit area near Food 4 less. The breakfast was wonderful and filing which included wakes waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit and cereal and toast. Not bad at all.

Close to a lot of stores and restaurants but the place is not that great as the ac/heater turns off and on throughout the night and the bed sheets make me itch all night and that’s why I couldn’t sleep and the carpet is wet and filthy

Room next door having all night party. Called front desk, was told they would send security. No effect. People drinking in hall. No fence around property and homeless everywhere. Was worried about car getting broken into despite taking everything out. Interior of hotel and room had a few shabby items. Not Motel 6, but not great either. BW have been my go to but expect more from them.

The staff here was great - friendly and nice about fixing things. We were traveling in UHauls and they let us take up spaces so the security guard could keep an eye on them at night. The first room we were assigned smelled gross. I think it was like pineapple, pot, and very dusty. They moved us to a room that did not smell bad, and the girl at the desk sent security to bring the keys so we wouldn't have to go to the lobby. The hotel is on the older side, but it seemed to be in good shape and it was clean in the lobby and dining areas. The free breakfast was good.

Pros: Good price, nice breakfast selections, clean lobby and bathroom, somewhat clean room, near UoP, grocery store across the parking lot, lots of parking available. Cons: Dried blood spot on face towel, hair in bath tub, live silverfish on pillow, sketchy area in back parking lot, loud traffic from March Lane, noisy neighbor banging on door at 4am, ill equipped business center area, no visible security cameras or guards.

Our trip was good. We've stayed in a couple hotels around Stockton before and this was definitely our favorite place to stay. We'd definitely stay here again vs somewhere else when we come back. For the the most part it was a great stay. Our room was nice and clean. Our only complaint was the noise level. Our room was right across from the elevator and we felt like we could hear everything loud and clear through our closed door. We could hear peoples conversations word for word despite being deep in the room and not near the door. It also seemed like the room above us was the elevator control room? Or washing machine room? There was a loud mechanical noise we heard frequently coming from above us. Once we turned on the fan to sleep it muffled a lot, so that was nice. The breakfast area is very nice, just wish there was more options. The 2 days we were there they only had pork options for the meat (including chorizo eggs), and my fiancé can't eat pork, so his breakfast wasn't that fulfilling. If they were going to do all pork, I wish they had a turkey or chicken option as well. So we ended up just going somewhere else for him to eat both days. Otherwise, we honestly would still stay here again. Just hope we get a different room next time in a quieter area.

Older building, smells old,but the rooms was clean and everything worked.It share same like parking lot as Food 4 less, The staff was polite and attentive. Over all good for a night stay.

The room was nice and the staff also the only bad thing about our stay was we didn't get much sleep because it sounded like they were running a marathon up stairs for half the night I told the front desk in the morning.not sure if I'll stay here when I come back in April or not

My room was loud with to much traffic early morning and late night wished our reception would of considered that when seeing that older person would be unsatisfied with much noise maybe considering this room would be best for young people who are in and out often.
