« My spouse and I stayed for the weekend for our wedding anniversary and we were in awww with the property. So beautiful and comfortable. The owners are super nice and I just love how she tells the story of the history of the home and surrounding town. The room was more than amazing with its own bathroom with a jet tub and balcony We didn’t get to experience any of the amenities such as their Tavern bar they promote nor were they serving breakfast due to electrical issues which is understandable....

« We had 5 adults stay for Daytona Bike Week. The house was 2 blocks off the main road, which was convenient and quiet. Traffic was minimal, except during school pickup/drop off times. There was room to park an 18’ car trailer for the week in the yard and concrete pad for bike parking. The neighbors were quiet and kind (if we saw them). The shared bathroom shower was not cleaned properly-there was hair on the walls and floor and no cleaning products on hand. There was 1 remote for 3 televisions...

The loft bed was cute and fun to relax in, but i did opt to use the fold-out couch for sleeping, as i am a bit tall. Overall, a fun weekend stay at a great location in walking distance to downtown! »

« Great spot close to downtown Sanford. By close I mean right around the corner. A funky and fun room. It was cold and there is no central AC or Heat, but there was a little space heater that quickly warmed the room, in fact I had to turn it off because it was so warm. I read about the bathroom sink and yes, it is weird. You will get wet so SLOWLY turn the water on. Yes the spiral staircase feels sketchy, but that was part of the fun of the space and we laughed so much about it. The only "issue"...
