« We were put in a room where the air conditioning did not work. When we brought this to their attention we were moved, yet it seemed like they were not surprised. We asked for an extra pillow and were told there should be one on the shelf of the closet, but there was only a blanket there. In our 2nd room there was also no extra pillow. « We arrived at hotel and everything seemed ok until we got to our room. First we paid for a bigger room with two tv’s but they didn’t work and one had no remote. Went down to front desk and maintenance guy came who could not speak English. He had to use his phone to communicate. He couldn’t get the tv’s fixed. Went to front desk again. Found out they had tv box issues and said it could take hours to fix. Maybe. Went back to room and saw refrigerator wasn’t cold. Went down to front desk again was...

« I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light.
