« This unit is the back unit in a traditional beach cottage, just like iI remember from my youth. Its in a GREAT location minutes from most things you need and all the ones you want. Check in was a breeze, manager was communicative with all the details I needed. House was very well kept. Plenty of linens. Shampoo, conditioner, soap for the shower. Hubby and I had a weekend of events to attend including a wedding and even though the space is studio style, we had enough room to spread out and get ready without tripping over each other. « We utilized this unit for extra housing for our friends who were attending our wedding at the farm for the weekend. The unit is separate from the main inn, however can be accessed from the Main Inn if you choose. Would definitely recommend! »

« We enjoyed this little condo. The listing was accurate. The owner responded to every question and was easy to communicate with. We were thankful for plenty of coffee the next morning. We also had enough snacks that had been left for us that the 5 of us were able to have breakfast the next morning. It was a little far from town, but the parking in town was pretty rough so we still decided to walk to the downtown area and it wasn’t too bad of a walk. »

« Overall we enjoyed our stay. Very close to all the touristy places. Parking was listed as included and it is not... we had to park in the street or in a town lot behind our place. The coffee maker is a Keuring which I wished I had known. I could have brought coffee pods with me. There is no oven but they have a very good toaster oven on top of the refrigerator. Rather difficult to reach and operate.Wish the chairs in living room reclined. Overall up to date and clean. »

« Absolutely exceptional space! Alden has pulled out all the stops with amenities, design, and comfort - as pictured! The location is great and very walkable. Note: the nature of the building lends itself to a decent amount of noise. I do not feel it warrants a negative review. The walls are thin; you can hear footsteps from upstairs guests and you can hear the next door neighbors movements. The bar downstairs is open late ~1am and people linger; we could clearly hear conversations/quarrels. If...

« Gregg is a great host, very fast to respond to questions. Property has great architecture (pre 1900) and features. Roomy and comfortable. Neighborhood is a bit rundown. Apartment could use washcloths and an iron. Other than that it was a great stay at a cool house that was clean. Check-in and out was fast and easy. »
