« We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air...

« The host didn’t pay his power bill and the power was cut off. This is after I sent him the notice that was on the door. They didn’t have WiFi service until the 5th day. His bathroom threshold was a on inch high wooden board that busted your toe at night. They didn’t provide basic supplies like dish washing liquid or coffee supplies . When I I reported this to VRBO and checked out early. The host text me he was part of a business group in the area and he said I would never be able to rent a place...
