All Inn Strahan

Absolutely fantastic accommodation! The unit was spotlessly clean, with everything you required to take the burden off the trip. Stayed for 2 nights and will definitely stay there again.

Lovely and clean and cosy

We enjoyed our stay (3 nights). Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our requests. Room was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped. Area where the villas are is lovely and quiet. Thanks for a great stay! We'll be back!

Disappointing

We arrived before 6:00pm and no staff on site, had to call and get instructions, stayed for 6 nights and saw no staff at all the whole time, would not recommend.

No ambience

The unit was clean and had most things we needed. It completely lacked any homeliness, two couches pushed up against the wall, plastic covers on the coffee table and dining table. Very thin curtains in the bedrooms, and lace only on the bathroom and kitchen. Felt vulnerable in the bathroom with the window facing the side street, needs a pull down blind. So many places in Strahan with much more character and closer to the town centre.

wouldn't recommend

Phoned before arriving and told there is no reception but door would be open and key inside. Arrived 6pm (3 hours after check in time) to find the room had not been serviced. No phone service in Strahan so had to find a pay phone. No answer. Went back to the place to find a mobile number on the door so went back to pay phone. Eventually someone answered. Told them about room and was told to return in one hour to give time for the room to be serviced (now five hours after check in time). No apology. Room was ok but far from town in a suburban street. Would not recommend.

Comfortable unit in a quiet location

We stayed in unit 6 for two nights. It was comfortable & warm with a good wall mounted heater. We found the beds to be too firm for our liking but that may suit others. Kitchen was well equipped & had everything we needed. There was a garage attached to this unit but it was full of the owners equipment which meant you parked at the front door with no weather protection. The other units did have carports so you may want to keep that in mind when booking if you prefer parking under cover. There was a note inside stating that you need to be quiet with tv, doors, noise etc between 10pm- 8am & there is a $300 fine if you make too much noise. This did not affect us but you might want to keep this in mind if you are a group that will be coming & going late in the evening or staying up late celebrating, drinking or socialising. Overall we were comfortable & found the location very practical. We would stay here again & would recommend it to others.

Nice unit with All Abilities Access

The rooms were in neat condition and the villa has kitchen and laundry facilities. We stayed in Villa 6 which was spacious and convenient. There were no check-in or check-out or reception desk and no in-room telephone and the mobile phone access is limited (only Telstra Mobiles work). You need to call the day before you arrive to find out check-in procedures - our Villa was left open with the keys on the kitchen bench.... which is a little concerning from a security perspective. We noticed a group of guests arriving and not sure how to check in. Other than this, there was much to like about this place.

Nice Unit & close to the town centre

Would highly recommend these units as they were very clean and comfortable. You have large rooms and your own separate laundry and full size kitchen which was great for us as a family.

Rooms were clean as was kitchen and bathroom but bathroom was showing signs of damp. We were supplied only 5 towels for 6 people. There was no reception and as we had no mobile phone reception or internet access there was no way to contact management. This was disappointing as there were a few other small problems like lights that didn't work, that could have easily been fixed and made our stay more comfortable.

Disappointing

Lack of kitchen utensils, smoke alarm missing and overgrown lawn complete with rotting shed and abandoned socks. Freezer was used to store someone elses items.

Excellent family accommodation in Strahan

Facilities were excellent in a quiet neighbourhood, not far from the main street. I am still baffled that they offer payment on arrival whilst not being present at the site. There is only Telstra mobile / internet access, so we had no means of contacting owners. However, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious accommodation with everything you need.

We would definitely recommend this accomodation. We stayed in a two bedroom unit, which was very spacious and had everything we needed. The unit was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is a couple of minutes drive away from the town centre but that wasn't an issue as we had our own car.

Spotlessly clean but rather soulless

Minimalist. Clean but Spartan. Lots of room. Linen needs updating, thin and pilled sheets. Essentially everything was there but lacked personality. Had a sense the bare minimum was provided.
