Le personnel est exceptionnellement sympathique, serviable et souriant. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain aussi. Tout est parfait. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, qui nous ont accueilli même tard dans la nuit. Nous reviendrons.

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to help us while we were going through a family tragedy. So caring and understanding. The property was wonderful and highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable overnight stay at the hotel last Saturday night. Not only did the hotel offer good value the breakfast was very enjoyable too and the staff friendly. We found a bargain on a last minute stay and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was outstandingly clean…the cleaners attention to detail was spot on. We’ve stayed in a few places over the last week and this had to be the cleanest. Big comfy beds, spacious rooms, lovely big shower. Can’t fault it at all. Will definitely recommend and use again.

This hotel is a great find clean modern rooms ample free parking big enough for vans plus safe hotel comes with a good size breakfast starts a 07:00 and its all a good price stayed before and can not think of any down sides

Could easily be 5 stars Likes: Clean; well maintained; reception lady was super helpful; bath, hair dryer, iron and ironing board in the room. Just nicely far enough out of town whilst still only being a short drive / taxi ride. The breakfast is honestly outstanding and the best hotel breakfast we've experienced in a long, long time. Worth every penny. Staff are all attentive without being overbearing. Overall a very good overnight / short break choice. Dislikes: Heating not on in February (tried adjusting the thermostatic valves on the radiator and no effect) Ironically there's a fan in room to keep you cool...; 10am checkout is the earliest we've ever encountered, and means an early rise if you want to squeeze breakfast in before packing to leave (Sunday). Definitely recommend, but with caveats.

Great venue, service outstanding.
Stayed for the weekend so we could see a show at the NEC. Hotel, staff, food and service was excellent. The main host/manager maz was outstanding. Very attentive and looked after all his guests meticulously. Had dinner on the Friday night which was excellent. As it was quiet let us use our own Netflix on big TV in bar. Outstanding venue and service. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. This is more than just a place for golfers to stay. 30 minutes to the NEC. 10 minutes from wonderful Stratford upon Avon. Rooms clean, bed good enough for a lie in. 10 out of 10.

MENUS IN ROOMS ARE NOT UPDATED VS THE ONES AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT. THEY ARE ABOUT 20% MORE IN COST. FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT IN THE EVENINGS WAS A MIXED BAG. VERY GOOD, BUT THE VEG WAS SEVED RAW, NOT EVEN ALDENTE. BREAKFAST. IF ALL YOU WANT IS A FULL ENGLISH, THEN OK, BUT THE CONTINENTAL OFFERING WAS LIMITED. GINE IF YOU ARE STAYING FOR 1 NIGHT, BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT A FULL ENGLISH EVERY DAY.

what a great place stay very clean and what a great breakfast 07:30 after breakfast you will not need to eat again until the evening every one so friendly and helpful next time I'm in that area I will by booking with them

Location was great for Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas, only a couple of miles into Stratford and 20 mins from Warwick. We drove into Stratford-upon-Avon and there were a couple of car parks on the way in so it was very convenient. The hotel is well maintained and comfy. Service has been great and we've always been able to find someone when we've needed to. We had a couple of meals at the hotel and would definitely recommend eating here. If we are in the area again we would stay here.

The hotel was ok for the price we paid but unfortunately the evening was spoilt by the noise in the corridor outside our room, woken up at 2.45am by 2 drunk teenage girls sitting on the floor right outside our room, laughing & chatting & dropping food all over the floor, so had no sleep. Also it states that the rooms are soundproofed sadly this is untrue as we could hear the room next door.

We stayed mid week , an overnight stay as we were visiting Stratford . The hotel was very convenient ( we have a car) lots of parking available. The staff were friendly. For me the only issue was the hotel was too quiet and lacked atmosphere but I understand this may be different if you were staying in the height of summer as there maybe more golfing guests around .

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff all very nice and welcoming. Room very clean and had everything we needed. Food very good value and Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold. Log fires in lounge area a nice touch and everywere bright and cheerful. Will certainly stay again when next in Warwickshire. Thanks to all.
