« We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. « The billiards and ping pong tables are not in the unit. The outdoor fireplace show in the pictures is not at the unit either. Likely my fault for thinking they were though. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the unit was very clean. »

« I had a wonderful experience. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and get away from the city and this was the perfect house to do it. The only thing I would’ve liked is more kitchen items, other than that everything was perfect. »
