„Hotelsanlage wie auf den Bildern. Obwohl der Service, das Zimmer und das Restaurant sehr gut sind, hält der Inhaber nichts von Sicherheit! In der Nacht wurde mir das Fahrzeug aufgebrochen und der Kofferraum ausgeräumt. Der Hotelbeteiber hat zwar Kameras installiert, aber die funktionieren nicht und das grosse Eingangstor wird abends nicht abgeschlossen! Kann dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen und werde da sicher nie mehr Übernachten!“

„Nettes Gebäude, zentral gelegen nicht weit von Villa d'Este. Zimmer sehr modern, bequemes Bett, kein Parkplatz aber wir konnten immer einen Parkplatz auf der Straße finden. “

„The accommodation definitely looks cosier in the photos. There was no window in the room and the reception area (no personal host) also had a strange feel to it. There is a supermarket across the road but other than that the area has nothing to offer. So I would only book if I needed a night just to sleep.“

They were more than happy to help me out, answer any questions I had, and meet all my accommodations. The hotel is easily the best 4 star hotel in the region, and the spa was the perfect cherry on top. I’ve never been to a spa before but this was easily one of the best and most fun experiences I’ve had as a solo traveler. ...
