« Make sure you call and actually talk to someone before you book and pay for a room. My husband and I arrived to the hotel only to find the office was closed. There was a sign that said dial xx number for new reservations. I spoke to someone and was informed that the hotel was overbooked and no rooms were available. This is after my reservation was confirmed and paid for. I’m still trying to get a refund. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 0 stars. Book at your own risk if you like...

« We were very pleased with the owners, especially since we arrived during a storm with tornado warning sirens blasting. They made sure we were safe and if there were any issues with the weather, they would let us know where we needed to seek shelter. The storm never hit, so we took their advice and explored Wichita, especially the Keeper of the Plains. We had an enjoyable experience in town and a great stay that night.
