We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds. „Location was great. Little beach area in front and toys, tubes all in the shed.Large for big family to stay. The upstairs porch faces the water and has tables and room for all.Could use new towels. But if that the only thing wrong life is good.“
