„Our first impression of this property was that it was extremely clean. It was well-appointed and complete, from the kitchen, entertainment area, and clean, comfortable beds — fabulous night’s sleep. „I loved it! We were greeted by the host and their dog (who’s friendly as ever!) upon arrival and everything went perfectly smooth from there. The blankets were honestly the best part, LOL! „This was a perfect place to have our family gather! Meal preparation was easy in the well organized and stocked kitchen. The extra tables and chairs in the garage made a great dining hall. The weather was extremely hot, so the pool offered wonderful relief and was very fun. We would highly recommend this lovely home!“

„We had a wonderful anniversary trip to Nauvoo. The historic and quaint Mix House added some period charm to our stay. While the house retains much of its 19th century charm, it has the modern conveniences needed for a relaxing stay. It may have been the off season, but food and meal choices were limited in Nauvoo itself. We were grateful for the items we ordered from The Apron Bake Shoppe.“
