Pool needed cleaning, hot tub wasn’t hot and our full length mirror in our room had many gross lipgloss kiss marks all over it that were not cleaned by the cleaning crew. Left feeling pretty icky after cleaning them off but the rest of the room and bathroom appeared to be clean. “
