« The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. « At check in after prepaying via Expedia for my stay they charge a $50.00 fee at the hotel. The room was clean but smelled musty. The bed and sheets was amazing. The location was good too. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was way too hot. Breakfast was fair. Biscuits and gravy was good. Eggs weren't so good. Waffles were ok. Plenty of coffee. « We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...
