« Applebutter Inn is a breath of fresh air! The historic and cozy building is a welcome change from chain hotels. Julie is so kind and hospitable, we felt like old friends by the time we left. We were all charmed by her companion, Chiquita Banana, who is the sweetest pup you'll ever meet! Our room was immaculate and comfortable. We hope to make it back to Slippery Rock some day, and will definitely stay at Applebutter Inn again! »

« Ken, the host was a great communicator giving us several suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The Board Room is all one level which is what I was looking for. It is a very large basement apartment, nicely furnished and very cozy. It was only an 11 minute drive to Deep Creek Lake. The property surrounding the apartment is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much. »

« Beautiful and peaceful property. Well stocked and comfortable. Hosts are friendly and welcoming. A great place to relax and unwind. Thought there was a weight room and pool, but discovered they were down the road at the local college. A bit disappointing. Otherwise a great time was had by all. »
