« If you have to check in after the office is closed you have to call a number to get a code, the lady who answered the call was very patient while i was getting my room key! Staff was great and helpful with answering questions and the place was very clean! I can see myself staying again in the future. »

« The property was in excellent condition. However, the minor details we found in our unit upon arrival and we reported to the front desk were not addressed during our stay. Other than that, this is a very quite area with very nice access to the lake and parks very close to to it. I recommend it. »

« Very clean room and friendly staff. The views from the room were beautiful, and the resort was central to a lot of activities, dining, and shopping. We had a stacked schedule, so we unfortunately weren’t able to make it to any of the activities, but we were very impressed by the selection of things to do on property. « We had a nice stay. It was more affordable to rent this apartment than a hotel room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and an outside patio. Everything was clean and cozy. It was only a few minutes away from Branson Landing. The property management was attentive and responsive. »

« This property is located on an industrial cut-de-sac making it noisy. The photos of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Most guests were construction workers so there was a lot of activity early in the morning. The coffee pot was unusable to use due to baked on coffee, was not able to clean it off. The air conditioner loud and the beds creaked whenever we moved. We chose this location because of its proximity to Marcy hospital. It was not what we were expecting in comfort. ...

« When we first entered our room, we thought it was great. Then as we started unpacking we noticed how dirty things were. Our daughter was going to sleep on the pull out sofa and there was popcorn and other food chunks in the sofa bed. We tried to make up the bed and there were no linens available. Called 3 times before we got anything. Ended up with 2 sets of sheets, 6 pillowcases, no pillows,and no blankets. Remotes didn't have batteries, so we had to call and get some. Microwave light wouldn't...

« Condo was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable in the large master bedroom. I loved the living room/kitchen area. One thing we had difficulty with was the water pressure in both bathrooms. It took forever to get rinsed off due to the lack of water pressure coming out of the shower head. »
