I observed other staff being friendly and welcoming to customers, not in a way that made them sound as though they had to be like that but because they genuinely behaved like that. « Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans. »

« Excellent check-in, responsive team (while I was checking in, a receptionist asked maintenance to go fix someone in a room...by the time I got to the lift 2 minutes later then maintainer was there, on his way!). Cleanliness superb...lovely smell throughout. I'll definitely stay again. »

« It was a lovely stay at this apartment. The unit is spacious, well equipped and clean. You have everything you need which is absolutely wonderful. Very convenient location with just 5-min walk to the nearby shopping centre. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and efficient. The process was smooth and the communication with their staff was very good. I received prompt replies from them and they were very helpful in terms of following up my inquiries and problems. Their staff are nice...

« Good communication prior to the stay and accommodation clean and presented nicely. Howver it was tiny and not like the pictures. No space at all outside, conservatory was too hot to sit in which was the only area with seats. The bed had no room to get out either side. Not as advertised »

« Fantastique hôtel, situé au coeur des Cotswolds et tout près d'Oxford. C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner. L'hôtel et les chambres sont propres, spacieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel est charmant. Le salon d'accueil est juste magnifique, on peut y prendre une consommation ou simplement venir y lire ou discuter. Un vrai coup de coeur, l'un des meilleurs hôtels que nous aillons fréquenté. »
