À éviter ! Passez votre chemin
Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette pension. Elle est même pour nous à éviter. Aucun accueil à l'arrivée. Un numéro de portable est placardé sur une baie vitrée et l'on vous communique votre numéro de chambre par telephone. La maison est en rénovation l'extérieur a été relooké de façon contemporaine mais la deco intérieure reste kitch. Mais la n'est pas le plus important. La pension est surtout sitée en bord d'une route ultra passante et les chambres étant mal isolées il peut être compliqué de trouver le sommeil même fenêtres fermées. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour nous et nos 4 enfants et le pire c'est l'odeur pestilentielle de fosse sceptique émanant des salles de bain très forte dans la chambre située au 1er mais à la limite du supportable dans celle située au 2ème. Le village de l'autre côté de la route très passante ne présente aucun charme et il en va de même pour les plages. En conclusion l'endroit est à éviter pour tous les voyageurs aimant le calme et les sites ayant du charme et ce malgré des chambres spacieuses et un ménage fait quotidiennement.

Arrivée en temps. Propriétaire arrivé suite appel téléphonique. Chambre pas disponible avant le lendemain. Il nous loge à l'hôtel voisin pour une nuit. Le lendemain, en fin de matinée, notre chambre nous est attribuée. Ménage à peine terminé. L'extérieur de la maison est tout neuf. Le rez de chaussée est en travaux. L'intérieur est "vintage" douche plutôt petite. Beau balcon qui donne sur la mer, super ! Si ce n'est qu'une route très passante nous sépare de la plage et dont le bruit oblige de fermer la fenêtre, bien sûr, nous devons oublier le balcon ! Le lendemain matin, travaux bruyants et voisins tout autant... Pour un séjour au calme et reposant, pas le top!

Die Zimmer sind alle frisch renoviert und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. An den ersten 2 Tagen ging unsere Klimaanlage nich. Nach unserer Beschwerde würde sie jedoch einen Tag später ausgetauscht. Das Frühstücksbüffet inkl. Kaffee war schnell alle und wurde nicht immer wieder aufgefüllt.. Alles in allem waren es aber schöne Tage dort und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Super hotel mit guter Gastronomie
Das hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich, je nach Lage. Es gibt welche mit Dachterrasse, mit Balkon und auch ohne. Die Gastronomie ist super, der Service auch.

Meh.
Convenient location, but the restaurant downstairs gets busy and leaves no parking for hotel guests. The air conditioner barely worked and puffed out a strong musty smell. Bathroom was newly remodeled and fantastic. Check out was a hastle because the hotel, inexplicably, didn't take credit cards.

Esternamente si presenta bene ma le camere sono ristrutturate parzialmente, il bagno anni 80 aveva il bidè ma non era funzionante. Forniti solo asciugamani niente doccia schiuma. Sapone con dispenser a muro. Camera spaziosa e pulita ma solo con luce centrale niente luci su comodini. Niente appendi abiti o appendi panni esterni all'armadio. Frigo in stanza ok. Colazione molto scarsa: solo uova e affettati con peperoni e cetrioli. Solo mini croissant vuoti niente tost niente torte o altri alimenti dolci con cappuccino e caffè solo a pagamento.

No es un hotel en si mismo. Las habitaciones son amplias y todo nuevo excepto el cuarto de baño que está para tirarlo. Está en la carretera.que lleva a Zadar. No cobran con tarjeta. Muy bien la terraza.

niet echt vriendelijke mensen, last gehad van stank op de kamer en een vervelend zoom geluid. Ontbijt kan vele beter. Als ze wat meer hun best zouden doen, kan dit een fantastische pension zijn.

Leider führt vor dem Haus eine sehr stark befahrene Straße entlang. Selbst in der Nacht kann man vor Lärm nich mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen. Das Personal machte einen sehr lustlosen Eindruck,der Chef war ständig abgelenkt, so das er am Abreisetag unser versprochenes Lunchpaket vergessen hat. Der Zimmerservice bestand nur aus dem täglichen Handtuchwechsel,die teilweise kaputt waren.Toilettenpapier haben wir selbst besorgt. Ein Gutes gibt es zu berichten.Die Küche war vorzüglich.

Good hotel, pity about road noise
Hotel was very good, excellent breakfast BUT keep the windows closed and air conditioning on if you want to be able to sleep. Hotel is on main road which is a real shame as room good with large balcony. Slightly over priced.

Umgebaut, jetzt mit Restaurant
Haus hat nach großem Umbau deutlich gewonnen. Es gibt jetzt Frühstücksbuffet und ein gutes Restaurant. Wenn die Startprobleme beseitigt sind, kann man es bei den Preiesen unbedingt empfehlen. Man sollte aber mit den kleinen Mängeln, die im Süden halt üblich sind, immer wieder rechnen. Die Straßengeräusche sind vor allem tagsüber deutlich zu hören, Nachts ist es akzeptabel. Zur Marina kann man zu Fuß gehen und als Alternative gibt es weitere Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Essen im Haus ist aber gut und preiswert.

Vi brukar bo här när vi har tidig flygavgång. De höll på att färdigställa restaurang på bottenvåningen vilket kommer att göra det bekvämt om man inte vill gå iväg för att äta. Badrummet inte modernt men fullt funktionellt. Vi hade en stor balkong och pentry.

Great place to stay for few nights. Nice parking, close to the beach, very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Close to bus stop to town.

Hotel in verbouwing
Tijdens ons verblijf in het hotel konden we geen gebruik maken van de tuin en het restaurant. Dit omdat ze bezig waren het hotel te verbouwen, helaas wisten wij hier niet van. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij ontzettend last gehad van stank, echt om misselijk van te worden. Dit hebben wij ook aangegeven aan de hoteleigenaar, die heeft een "stopje" in de gootsteen gedaan, maar dit was niet voldoende om het probleem op te lossen. Het plaatsje waar het hotel gelegen is, is niet echt bijzonder, weinig leuke eetgelegenheden. Wel is het hotel gelegen dichtbij het strand. Het plaatsje Zadar is een grote aanbeveling om aan te doen, ongeveer een kwartiertje rijden vanaf het hotel. Hier hebben wij bijna elke avond gegeten. Erg gezellig.

We made the reservation throw hotels.com but we had not the room. The owner just try to be funny and leave us the other hotel which was so old one. This pansion matanovi dvori was not made ready yet. There was not even reception. The beach is near but the water is so dirty that i could not swim there. I was really dissapoint.

Kann durchaus eine schöne Unterkunft werden.
Wir haben ein B&B gebucht als wir ankamen trauten wir unsern Augen nicht. Auch wenn sich der Besitzer zig mal entschuldigte, eine Info vorab wäre gut gewesen, denn wir wohnten quasi auf einer Baustelle, die einzige gesicherte Tür war die Zinmertür, der Rest fast nur Rohbau. Die Zimmer, keine Frage, waren für den Preis in Ordnung. Jedoch ließ der Rest von der Unterkunft zu wünschen übrig. Man fühlte sich auf Grund der Umstände nicht wohl.

Bra och enkelt boende hos trevliga värdar.
Bra boende i bra närhet till Zadar i ett lugnt område med trevliga hotellvärdar. Rent och snyggt och ett bra utgångsläge för bilresor norr och söderöver. 15 minuters bilresa från Zadars flygplats.

Fick bo på ett annat ställe.
Det var under ombyggnad, så när vi kom dit var det öde och en byggarbetsplats. Men vi fick tag på ett nummer och så kom en trevlig kvinna och mötte oss och vi fick bo på ett annat ställe. Så allt slutade bra, men hade kanske varit bra om man fått information innan om att det inte gick att bo på ett ställe som man bokat ;)

A pleasant 7 evenings in Pansion Matanovi Dvori, a small family run establishment in Sukosan. This was a good base for touring the National parks, Zadar and Pag Island The hotel is located just off Route 8, this is quite busy quite early in the morning We stayed at teh back end of the season so there was no breakfast servce but local restaurants ofer breakfast and tehre is a supermarket 300m down the road which opens early so nop issue Pizzas in Joso restautant juts down the road are wexceptional Good service by all staff, the cleaner is exceptional As with all hotels we stayed in Croatia the owners did not accept credit cards and expected payment in kn, not on credit card as Hotel.com suggest ' payment will be taken on arrival' so be prepared to pay in cash Cooking facilities exist in the room but are limited to two electric rings Would recomend this Hotel as a touring base

It was so loud. Constant slamming doors and people's loud voices echoing up the stairs and in the hallway. Kids screaming and crying. Couldn't find a TV station that worked. And the bathroom had a funny outhouse like smell. There was AC and the bed was comfortable & clean. It's inexpensive so for a budgeting traveler it was fine but because the host lady did not speak any english it made it difficult to communicate.

A little surprise in a small hotel
It is a nice small hotel. Clean rooms, with small kitchen and refrigerator, so you can cook simple meals there. You can eat in restaurants nearby. Only problem in the rooms are the pillows, that are worn out. Also the town of Sukošan has a lot of stores, post Office, exchange Office, so you can get any thing you would like there, if you forgot something at home. The beach is really close (30 m), there are some trees for shadow, and it is a great place for small children to play with stones, sand, sea animals. Also there is a large marina bay nearby, with a lot of yachts and big boats. In front of the hotel is a road, that leads to city Zadar, who you have to take a tour to. This road separates the hotel courtyard and the beach, so you have to watch for your children, not to run on to it.
