"Sympa globalement tout était oh top ! Malheureusement un des serveur n’avais pas vraiment l’air d’apprécier que nous ayons des difficultés avec les langues et que nous ne parlions que Français en tous cas pour ma pars .Mais ce n’est peut être qu’un ressenti car son comportement change avec nous. Mais à part cela qui n’est pas non plus très grave au top ."

"The hotel is new and the building is interesting. Every room has a furnished balcony. However, the hotel’s design is such that smoke from balconies equipped with ashtrays drifts into other rooms; this was very uncomfortable for us, especially since the hotel lacks air conditioning, forcing us to sleep with the windows closed during the summer heat. Upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of tobacco. Management did not respond to our request to change rooms. The room was clean, but the kitchen setup was poor: the cutlery consisted of only one teaspoon and two forks, and the dishware was sparse and incomplete—hardly adequate for a room designed to accommodate four people. There is a sauna, but it is poorly maintained; while the steam room itself is nice and features a panoramic window, the shower was broken, there were no towels or sheets, and the relaxation area lacked ventilation. The hotel building itself is attractive and unique, but the service and management are very poor. It might be a suitable choice if you aren't bothered by tobacco smoke or the smell of cigarettes, but don't count on the kitchen facilities. The hotel has its own parking lot with plenty of spaces."

"Très bon séjour avec hôtel en plein centre ville. Nous avons apprécié mais hébergement au 4eme étage alors que j'avais dit que ma fille avait peur des ascenseurs et qu'un hébergement au 1er étage aurait été plus apprécié."

"It is a very cozy and beautiful place with a warm atmosphere. The breakfast is excellent, with high-quality products. I highly recommend this hotel. Just a few remarks: * The room for four includes two beds that are accessed by a ladder. We were not aware of this when booking. This could be an issue for families with young children or for guests with limited mobility. * There is no staff on site, so you need to be self-sufficient. The AI assistant is very helpful and works well. However, the main drawback is the lack of information in English for guests who do not speak German. Most signs and even the email communications are only in German, so we had to rely on Google Translate."
