After arriving to a dirty microwave, dog food on the floor, a dirty floor, a moldy shower curtain, cobwebs over the table, etc… I did some digging on other sites to see people’s comments and they were the same. The owner’s response to them and to me was that it was professionally cleaned (if this is true, they need to be fired) and that he would talk to them. „5 Starr was a spectacular home. Brigitte sets you up for success from check-in to departure with detailed instructions. She was also extremely responsive. The home was breathtaking. The lake was beautiful. The house was equipped with everything you need. It's very comfortable and zen. We spent our time enjoying the magnificent views and reading. It's quiet, clean, and decorated beautifully. You feel like you're at home immediately. I highly recommend and will be back. “
