The Space:

A striking double-height entry creates an immediate sense of space, while the open-plan living areas flow effortlessly from one room to the next, making it easy to relax and entertain throughout your stay.



The stylish kitchen is beautifully appointed with quality European appliances, stone benchtops, and a generous butler's pantry. Whether you're preparing breakfast before the beach or entertaining over dinner, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Beyond the pantry, you'll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.



The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six guests and connects seamlessly to the spacious living room, creating an inviting space to gather after a day exploring the Sunshine Coast. Large glass doors open onto the outdoor entertaining area, allowing natural light and sea breezes to flow throughout the home. Complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout ensure a comfortable stay in every season.



The duplex comfortably accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a luxurious king-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, and an elegant ensuite complete with a freestanding bath, shower, vanity, and toilet.



Bedroom 2: Includes two comfortable single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite featuring a shower, vanity, and toilet.



Outside, your own private oasis awaits. The fully fenced saltwater swimming pool is heated during the cooler months, providing the perfect place to unwind after a morning at the beach. Surrounded by landscaped gardens and a contemporary glass fence, the outdoor area offers a peaceful space to soak up the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. An outdoor shower is also available, making it easy to rinse off after a swim in the ocean.



Additional features include ducted air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, complimentary Wi-Fi, a secure single garage, driveway parking, and private access to the entire duplex.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire duplex, including the private heated swimming pool, outdoor entertaining area, driveway, and secure single garage.



The Neighborhood:

Ideally located just 200 metres from beach access and approximately 400 metres from the vibrant Sunshine Beach village, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy one of the Sunshine Coast's most sought-after coastal destinations. Spend your days relaxing on the sand, enjoying brunch at local cafés, dining at award-winning restaurants, or exploring nearby Noosa National Park and Hastings Street, all just minutes away.



Getting Around:

The duplex is within easy walking distance of Sunshine Beach, local cafés, restaurants, and village shops. Public buses provide convenient access to Noosa Junction, Hastings Street, and Noosa Main Beach, while Uber and taxi services are also readily available.



Other Things to Note:

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept Schoolies bookings or similar groups.



*Guests are required to comply with local council regulations and the property house rules during their stay.



*Please note the property occupies a corner position, so some daytime road noise may be experienced.



*The electric entry gate does not fully open, making it a little more difficult to reverse out of the garage. We recommend reversing into the garage on arrival for easier departure.



*The mature tree near the driveway may occasionally drop leaves and seeds onto parked vehicles. We recommend parking inside the garage where possible.



*The private saltwater swimming pool is heated during the cooler months only.



*Please note that to stay with us, guests will be required to complete a check-in form prior to arrival. Access details will only be provided once this form has been completed.
