★ IMPORTANT TO KNOW ★

The townhouse is spread across two levels, with internal stairs leading to all three bedrooms and the upstairs bathrooms. Guests who have difficulty using stairs should take this into consideration before booking.



The community swimming pool and any other shared facilities are managed by the complex. We do not have direct control over closures, maintenance, operating hours or other restrictions affecting shared facilities.



HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING



No Parties or Events Allowed

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach may result in immediate removal from the property with no refund, and guests may be responsible for associated damages or costs.



Quiet Hours After 10PM

This is a residential community. Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum from 10PM onwards.



No Smoking Indoors: $2000 Fine

Strictly no smoking inside the property. If smoking is detected, a $2000 charge may be applied to cover deep cleaning and associated damage.



Online Check-In Required

To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure online check-in form, agree to our terms and conditions, and provide a valid photo ID or passport.



Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior approval.

Early check-in: AUD $45 per hour before the stated check-in time.

Late check-out: AUD $45 per hour after 10:00 AM.



Security Deposit OR Damage Waiver

To help maintain the property to a high standard, guests are required to select either:

A refundable security deposit of AUD 400–800, depending on the booking/property, OR

A non-refundable damage waiver of AUD 45–195, depending on the length of stay.
